This phasme, nicknamed stick-insect, comes from Malaysia, and it spreads its beautiful yellow wings in this bevelled glass box. Contrary to its scientific name, this female does not have a black head. It is the male of this species that has this characteristic. But the most beautiful yellow wings are those of the females.
