Schizodactylus Monstrosus cricket, in observatory frame
IN321
Often presented as a monster, this sand cricket comes from Pakistan. It is true that its body is stocky and its mandibles ferocious. But it lives on the sandy banks of the region's rivers. One remarkable feature is that the tips of its wings curl up on themselves, making it almost impossible to fly. But this gives it incredible aesthetic appeal. All these features can be observed with the magnifying glass always ready at the end of its chain.
