Brill fish skeleton in black pears frame
PU977
A member of the flat-fishes family: the Brill - Scophthalmus rhombus - can be seen from Morocco to Iceland. They have something in common with the Sole or the Octopus: homochromy. They are able to change color of the eyed side, matching the bottom they rest on. Except, of course, when it comes to its skeleton on a black velvet. The frame is made of solid mango tree with carved pearls.
