Fragmented crab under glass display

This red swimming crab comes from the Flores Sea in Indonesia. It is a Charybdis Paucidentatus. Its hind legs are flattened, ending in paddles natatorious. It lives on coral reefs, within the limit of 20 meters. The display here is an "eclate de Beauchène", a scientific way to discover all the articulations of the crab.
