Crystallized calcite specimen (Trepça, Kosovo) – 1.8 kg
PUMI2742
This CALCITE formation comes from the Trepça mining district in Kosovo, renowned for its spectacular minerals formed in ancient hydrothermal veins. The piece stands upright, with a vertical silhouette that recalls a mineral flow frozen mid-motion.
Its surface is covered in glittering microcrystals, creating a soft, almost frothy texture. Scattered golden inclusions—visible on one side—reveal traces of PYRITE lodged in the gaps between calcite clusters.
A natural curiosity, both decorative and expressive, typical of this historic locality.
Displayed on a square black metal base.
