It's an hybrid farmed pheasant derived from the wild Golden Pheasant, originated from China, but bred in England since 1740! It's scientific name: Chrysolophus Pictus.It unfolds its collar in a very elegant way on its copper tone stand. Its head is remarkably bright between its golden plume and its elegant yellow and black collar. And its body is exceptionally red.
