Rare fossil of a giant seashell coming from a small French island: l'ile d'Oléron. This seashell has the look of a goat horn, thus its name is: Caprina Adversa. A bivalve mollusc that lived in the Cenomanian period: 95 million years ago. This group of 5 seashells is a kind of natural sculpture. We proudly find this piece even nicer than the ones of the Museum d'Histoire Naturelle of Paris...
