Before becoming a thin slice in a library, an Agate is a big a round pebble. This piece is the full pebble, found in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, near the Uruguayan border. The river is licking the Parana Basalt formation that include many agates and Amethyst pockets, and this pebble finally fell into the river and has been naturaly polished for years. Men just pursued the work of nature and gave this incerdible stone a brilliant and durable sheen. On top of that, this large rounded mineral is showing a pattern made of dozens of nodules looking like eyes all around. You'll need to touch it if you see it.
