In Argentina, in the mining district of Capillitas, a craftsman works "la rosa del Inca": the Rhodocrosite, a carbonate of Manganese that ranges from pink to red. It is the national stone of Argentina, and it is often found under the shape of stalactites. In its adjustable display, it becomes obvious why this mineral is used in jewellery. A precious piece.
