Bright and incredible colors from Australia: Mookait Jasper. This sedimentory mineral is made of skeletons of microscopic protozoa - Radiolaria - especially their hard silica shell, deposited over millenia in that former sea bed. This silica deposit shows variations of colors due to other minerals gathering in layers in a soft clay.
