The Barytin is a mineral of geothermal origin, thus having formed by water coming from the depths of the earth and loaded with Baryum sulphate. It can also melt from 1580 degrees Celsius This beautiful block is special: The ridges of white Barytin are, inthat case, dotted with cubes of purple Fluorine. A brilliant and crystallized ensemble that comes from the Beaujolais, the Lantigné mine, closed in 1961.
