1960's ash burr long buffet

Made in France in the 60s, this buffet is inspired by the lines created by the French designer Arbus in the 40s. Even the "Louis XIII but in brass" fittings bring the eccentricity that characterized this designer. This long 243cm sideboard is made of ash burr veneer. The interior drawers are made of thuya burr with the traditional inlay of precious wood on the shelves. We transformed the top as well as the feet and a few lines to highlight it in matt black. But we kept the glossy finish of the polyester varnish on the ash burlr doors. He is 60 years old, but could be 80: a good design has no age.
