Siberian meteorite (40g) in flying machine

PUMI1897-3

We created this brass mechanism to allow this Siderite (meteorite that contains iron) to float in the air. You can grab it and touch this incredible stone that went through the atmosphere.
This rare mineral felt on eath in february 1947 at 10h38 in Siberia ( Sikhote Alin). More than 120 impact holes have been discovered from 1 to 12 meters deep, and containing sometimes several meteorites. Only 6% of the meteorite that fall on earth contains iron. Nowadays, all the Sikhote Alin have been discovered and are in the hands of collectors. And you can have one in your home... It is remarkable for its regmaglyptes (thumbprint at the surface caused by the pulling out of elements during the fall in the athmosphere). It is therefore a meteorite that ended its fall on earth alone!
