The Serpentine from Madagascar usually shows this bright green color. But under this name we find in fact a family of lamellar silicates, hence its name because sometimes these lamellae make think of scales of snake. Its green color comes from the alteration of Olivine and required the presence of magnesium, aluminum zinc and even nickel: a real vitamin cocktail... But examining it from virtually any angle should be the only use recommended by medicine: certainly not swallowing it.
