Blue-striped Angelfish in reliquary

Is it a blue-stripped Angelfish or a yellow-striped Blue Angelfish ? For sure, the Chaetodontoplus septentrionalis, has distinctive electric blue lines are noticable when adult. The juvenils are much darker almost black but yet with those blue lines showing up. They can be seen from Vietnam , Malaysia and even up North to Japan. But this particular one could be seen in the famous aquarium of Genova in Italy, where it died in 2019. Taxidermy of fishes requires to paint their colors back, as they loose them as soon as they die. But you can check, he was that bright!
