This complete crystal of Gypsum is French, and comes from the village with the evocative name of Caress in the southwest. The very high transparency of this crystal is the signature of the most beautiful Gypsum found in this mine. As it is a floating crystal, it was not connected to a mother-rock by any point and therefore shows perfect terminations. And this one has more complex tips than any we’ve seen in this mine. On a black base.
