The cauliflower coral, when observed underwater, looks more like a fruit than a vegetable! The polyps—the living part of this Pocillopora Eydouxi—are pink, and the granular tips of each branch resemble raspberries! Needing sunlight, it doesn't grow very deep, and rarely exceeds 25cm in diameter. so this one is especially large.
