Amethyst slab -Brazil- 13Kg
PUMI2720
This amethyst plate comes from Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil, where ancient Cretaceous basalt flows trapped gas bubbles that later crystallized into violet quartz. When these geodes are cut open, they reveal flat sections entirely lined with sparkling crystals.
The amethyst crystals are dense and well-formed, displaying a deep purple hue typical of Brazilian formations. Their brightness shifts subtly with the light, revealing variations in tone and depth.
Mounted on a black metal base.
