8 butterflies ANTHERINA SURAKA with brass base
IN170
This colorful night butterfly comes from Madagascar with a nickname of bullseye moth. I would suggest "angry bullseye" as they have stunning yellow and red eyes. When they feel endangered, they move their hindwings independently from their forewings, doing like a "big eyes" face. That could remind a predator of a large bird, and prevent them from attacking. After 2 month as a caterpillar, and 1 month in a cocoon, the adult will live for a week, without eating, obsessed by its reproduction.
