Those bright insects have a long nose: they are Fulgora. Among this Fulgoridae family some even have a "nose" larger than its body (Fulgora Laternaria). We don't precisely know what do they use this large appendix for. But in this family of relatives to the bedbugs, it seems that he antenna are joined to make that large organ.
