Large fossilized crinoid
PUFO048
There are approximately 6000 species of fossil crinoids around the world and a few hundred live yet. The crinoids had their heyday in the Paleozoic (-540 to-250 million years) where they formed real submarine forest. This specimen with 4 "heads" has been discovered in Morocco, near Sahara's border and worked by the best specialists. As a the display, we have chosen to overlay it in an industrial style, iron stand.
