Mammoth hair in black frame

These hairs are 24 000 years old and were discovered due to the defrost of the ice in Siberia. With the global warming, we were able to reach in June 2018,a mammoth well preserved enough, to get these specimens: the dense wool near the body to protect from the cold, and the longer hair which can reach until 90cm!. They have been carbon dated by the university of Vilnius, and indeed they are 24000 years old!
