Moulin-à-Vent wine crystallization 2005
PU1276
This crystallization comes from an oak cask that once held a Moulin-à-Vent wine (Beaujolais), 2005.
Over the months, the wine has concentrated, aged, and deposited a mineral deposit on the wood: a fine imprint born from the meeting between the grape, the oak and time.
The plate retains the signature of the granitic soils typical of this appellation, whose richness in manganese gives the wine its depth and structure.
This crystallization of wine with its amazing color is proof that the wine reflects a terroir, minerals that make up the soil... And it’s really a curiosity.
