A rare Russian mineral, only found in one place of the world: Siberia, Syenite mountains in Yakoutia. Rare and complex mineral, see the composition: K5Ca8(Si6O15)2(Si2O7)Si4O9(OH)·3(H2O) a silicate with also some strontium, baryum, manganese ! The Charoïte has this unique purple-lavender color with some mother of pearl reflections. This piece is a complete polished vein of this recently described mineral (in 1978 by Rogov). A collector piece!
