The very essence of the 30/40’s in the design marked by the geometric symbols of this 220cm long buffet. The powerful line is inspired by the architecture in vogue at the time, like the famous palace of the Porte Dorée in Paris. The symbolism of fertility and productivity of the wheat sheaves sculpted on the 3 doors is definitely highlighted by the new finish we have just given it: a matt varnish that preserves the natural color of French oak.
The wooden handles are superb and echo the columns that break a bit this geometry. They are also found on the 2 drawers . Made in France 90 years ago, and completely transformed in 2022.
