Preparation of a crab fossil from Patagonia, in Argentina, almost entirely cleared of its matrix. An Archeogeryon Patagonicus dating from the Miocéne -20 Million years- This crab comes from an old French collection and has been recently re-worked using new techniques. The specimen is large and well prepared, note the clamps completely clear. A quality rarely on sale. A varnish has been added, which is why it seems freshly taken out of the water...
